H Type 4 Tiers 0.75kW HDG Automatic Poultry Feeding System for Layer Cage Chicken Farm

The H-Type 4-Tier Automated Feeding System is purpose-built for layer cage poultry farms. It transports feed from storage silos through pipe-mounted spiral augers to mobile feed carts, enabling fully automatic material distribution across every tier.

This automated feeding system is engineered for layer cage operations. Feed flows automatically from the silo into mobile feed carts through spiral augers installed inside 90–150 mm diameter delivery pipes. Steel cables drive the feed carts along the cage rows. Custom-shaped feed troughs ensure consistent feed delivery to every tier while minimizing feed spillage outside the trough.

1. Feeding Hoppers — Two hoppers are equipped for each tier. Fabricated from 1.2 mm thick hot-dip galvanized steel for long-term corrosion resistance.
2. Traction Assembly — 0.75 kW drive motor; 14 mm PP traction rope; travelling speed: 8.67 m/min.
3. Trolley Guide Rail — Hot-dip galvanized steel, dimension 48×2.75 mm.
4. Head & End Support Frames — Hot-dip galvanized steel, specification 40×60×3 mm.
5. Independent Row Control — Each feeding machine along every cage row can be operated separately for flexible scheduling.
6. Cross Auger Conveyor — A transverse auger links the feed silo to travelling feed trolleys to realize continuous feed transfer.
7. Wide Compatibility — Compatible with both A-type and H-type layer cages, broiler cages, and pullet rearing cages.
