4 Tiers Poultry Manure Removal System
This 4-tier automatic manure removal system for poultry farm cages features scraper-based manure collection technology. Available in 1800mm and 2100mm width configurations, the system offers multiple operation modes including one drive one, one drive two, and one drive three configurations for flexible farm management.
System Components
The scraper manure collector consists of a main frame, corner wheel, traction rope, and manure scraper components. The system utilizes motor-driven reducer operation with sprocket rotation to pull manure scrapers efficiently. The design includes both fixed and movable heads, allowing one power source to serve multiple chicken houses simultaneously.
Working Principle
The scraper manure removal machine employs a traction power transmission structure. The conveyor belt is driven by the motor, with the conveyor rope activating the main machine movement. The scraper board operation effectively transports chicken manure to outdoor collection points. The system features simple structure, convenient installation, and easy operation.
