Poultry Farm Manure Removal System Overview
The 1.75m 1.5kw HDG poultry manure removal system is a belt-type cleaning solution designed for multi-layer H-frame battery cage poultry houses. This automated system efficiently transports chicken manure from each cage layer to a central collection point, maintaining optimal hygiene and preventing disease transmission.
System Components & Operation
This manure cleaning equipment consists of motor acceleration facilities, chain transmission, main and voluntary rollers, and manure bearing belts. Each layer of chicken cages is equipped with a manure bearing plate. When activated, the motor and accelerator drive the active rollers through chain transmission, creating friction that moves the manure-carrying cage group along the length direction. Manure is transported to one end where it's scraped off by a specialized manure scraper.

Installation Requirements
Site Preparation
Chicken house must be hardened with flat ground (no convexity/concave areas), slope control not exceeding 2 degrees up and down, with excrement side 5-10 degrees lower for proper drainage.
Equipment Setup
- Cages must be placed straight with height deviation not exceeding 0.5mm between cages
- Main engine, head and tailstock must be firmly fixed to ground without loosening
- Proper installation of manure belt and manure baffle with suitable fit
- Electrical wiring with leakage protection device and proper positioning of travel switches
Testing & Commissioning
Test running in jog mode with multiple personnel coordination to ensure no scratches, jams, or deflection. Operation should be stable with uniform manure removal, noise below 40 decibels, and minimal jitter.
