System Overview
This automated manure removal system is designed for modern poultry farms, featuring both PP belt manure conveyors and scraper manure removers. The system efficiently handles waste management for laying hens and broiler chicken operations.
System Components
- Belt Manure Conveyor: Installed in each layer of H-type poultry cages, this longitudinal conveyor transports manure to the end of the system where it drops onto a transversal rubber belt conveyor for final removal
- Scraper Cleaning Machine: Positioned in litter pits beneath chicken cages, designed for 1.8m or 2.1m width pits with 30cm depth
