As continuously technology accumulation and process optimization,SAMYON recently can make low reflectivity fiber Bragg grating with reflectivity less than 1‰. Based on Single low reflectivity FBG, we realize naturally low reflectivity FBG arrays production.

The single fbg quantity is no limit from 2-5000 according to clients request specification; Central Wavelength from 1-20 . It also can make accordingly the grating length interval and refletivity range 0.1%-10%.

 

Application:

The low reflectivity FBG arrays is mainly used for bulk quantity fiber bragg grating sensing application area. On the base of High refletivity Fiber Bragg Grating arrays Wavelength Division Multiplex(WDM) adding Time Division Multiplex, it enhance sensing points 1000times in single optical fiber through low refletivity fiber grating with refleticity <1‰.
