Phase Shift Fiber Grating means: through leading in Refractive Index moudulation sudden changes On the optical Fiber Bragg Grating certain place, it generate two FBGs with fixed phase shift sudden changes at this place.

The two FBGs similar choose Fabry-Perot and allow light with resonant wavelength to insert into fiber bragg grating resistance band and to open a narrow linearity refractive window during resistance band.
