Dry separation conditions:

3. There is no own mine, and the purchased materials have been cleaned and can be sorted by direct crushing and classification, or the purchased materials have been 0-20 mesh of granular materials suitable for color separation. In order to achieve higher accuracy, the color separator is used to select the impurities;

4. If the granular material is less than 0.5cm, it must be dry selected.

Wet separation conditions:

1. After the raw ore is crushed, the color difference between the finished product and impurities is relatively large in the wet state;

2. There are mines with large quantities, which can be directly sorted after cleaning and crushing, and save the investment in drying equipment or air drying plant land;

3. Wet separation can work continuously. The dry separation will encounter dust problems. Improper treatment will lead to lower output and separation effects than wet separation.
