PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

HDA436T/HDA437T is a new generation digital MEMS dynamic tilt sensor launched by RION Technology. It accurately measures the attitude parameters (roll, pitch, and azimuth) of a moving carrier, making it suitable for tilt angle measurements during motion or vibration. The HDA436T is equipped with a high-precision accelerometer and gyro sensor, integrated with a Kalman filter algorithm for real-time motion data measurement under dynamic conditions. It offers optional signal output modes including RS485, RS232, and TTL, ensuring strong scalability.

This product operates on a non-contact measuring principle, providing real-time output of current attitude and inclination without the need to track relative changes between surfaces. Internally, it integrates high-precision AD converters and gyro units to compensate for non-linearities, orthogonal coupling, temperature drift, and centrifugal acceleration in real-time. This greatly minimizes centrifugal errors caused by motion acceleration interference, thereby enhancing dynamic measurement accuracy.

The sensor is designed for robustness, featuring dual-mode measurement capabilities (dynamic and static) resistant to external electromagnetic interference. It is ideal for industrial automation control and precise attitude measurements in environments characterized by large-scale operations and high-intensity shock and vibration.
