MCA418T/MCA428T Low MEMS Tilt Sensor Full-Attitude Inclinometer for Agricultural and Industrial Equipment
The MCA418T/428T Series Tilt Sensors are a new low-cost, full-attitude tilt angle measurement solution. Featuring a cutting-edgeanti-interference platform design, they incorporate a novel MEMS(Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) sensing unit, deliver robustperformance across a wide temperature range, and exhibitexceptional vibration resistance. With long-term stability andreliability, these sensors boast a service life of up to 10 years.This product measures tilt angles via a non-contact principle. Utilizingan internal capacitive MEMS unit, it detects gravitational forcecomponents to calculate real-time tilt angles. Installation is simpleand convenient-just secure the sensor to the target object withoutrequiring fixed or rotating shafts. Offering multiple mounting options,it adapts to diverse measurement needs, making it an idealcomponent for engineering machinery, agricultural equipment, andother industrial systems.
