VPF Color Sorter Is Used For Plastic Sorting.
Adopting the industry-leading UV camera optical sorting system, it accurately identifies and removes yellowed aged plastic flakes and contaminants containing Optical Brightening Agents (OBAs), effectively eliminating product defects and safeguarding the quality of AAAA-grade recycled PET materials.
As a high-end sorting solution, the VPF Sorter is equipped with advanced UV camera inspection system. It precisely sorts out yellowed aged fragments and PET scraps mixed with OBAs, avoiding quality flaws and supporting Bottle-to-Bottle recycling, as well as the production of A+ grade clear PET raw materials for food packaging applications.
