Q1: Can I get a sample order?

A1: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality.Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q2: How long to get a sample and the lead time for mass production?

A2: Normall samples lead time is 3~5 days; mass production lead time is 15~30 working days.

Q3: How to proceed the order if I have logo to print?

A3: First, Artwork for visual confirmation, and next is Sample picture or sending sample to you for confirmation, finally we will go to mass production.

Q4: Do you offer guarantee for the products?

A4: Yes, we offer one year guarantee for the products.
