Product characteristics

1. Polyester warp knitted fabric has high strength. The short fiber strength is 2.6 ~ 5.7cn/dtex, and the high strength fiber is 5.6 ~ 8.0cn/dtex. Because of its low hygroscopicity, its wet strength is basically the same as its dry strength. The impact strength is 4 times higher than that of nylon and 20 times higher than that of viscose fiber.

2. Polyester has smooth surface and closely arranged internal molecules.

3. Good wear resistance. The wear resistance is second only to the best nylon, which is better than other natural fibers and synthetic fibers.

4. Good light resistance. Light resistance is second only to acrylic fiber.

5. Corrosion resistance. Bleach, oxidant, hydrocarbon, ketone, petroleum product and inorganic acid resistant. Resistant to dilute alkali and

mildew, but can be decomposed by hot alkali. There are also strong acid and alkaline resistance and UV resistance

 
6. Compared with weft knitted fabrics, warp knitted fabrics generally have less extensibility. Most weft knitted fabrics have significant horizontal extensibility, while the extensibility of warp knitted fabrics is related to the number of comb bars and organization. Some warp knitted fabrics have horizontal and vertical extensibility, but some fabrics have good dimensional stability.
 
7. Warp knitted fabric has good anti separation. It can use different structures to reduce the coil separation caused by broken yarn and holes in weft knitted fabrics.
