Overview

Generally, the surface roughness of the shaft diameter matched with the transmission part is Ra2.5~0.63μm, and the surface roughness of the support shaft diameter matched with the bearing is Ra0.63~0.16μm.

Materials

Aluminum alloy 2024

This is a kind of high strength hard aluminum, can be heat treated and strengthened, in the quenched and just quenched state plasticity is medium, spot welding welding is good, with gas welding there is a tendency to form intergranular cracks, the alloy in the quenching and cold hardening of its machinability is still good, after annealing machinability is low: corrosion resistance is not high, often using anodic oxidation treatment and painting methods or surface cladding aluminum layer to improve its corrosion resistance. Uses are mainly used for making various high load parts and components (but not including stamping forgings) such as aircraft skeleton parts, skins, spacer, wing ribs, wing beams, rivets and other working parts below 150 ℃.
