Materials

Stainless steels are usually classified as 201, 202, 301, 304, 309s, 310s, 410, 420 and many other types.
The models of stainless steel are martensitic steel, ferritic steel, austenitic steel, austenitic-ferritic (duplex) stainless steel, precipitation hardening stainless steel, stainless steel plate and strip for pressure-bearing equipment, etc.
Martensitic steel: because of the high carbon content, it has high strength, hardness and wear resistance, but corrosion resistance is slightly poor. Ferritic steel: because of the high chromium content, corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance are relatively good, but the mechanical properties and process performance is poor.
Austenitic steel: these steels have good plasticity, toughness, weldability, corrosion resistance, non-magnetic or weak magnetic properties.
