Overview

Electromagnetic clutch refers to a friction clutch that generates pressing force by electromagnetic force. Electromagnetic clutch is also called electromagnetic coupling. It uses the principle of electromagnetic induction and the friction between the inner and outer friction plates to make two rotating parts in the mechanical transmission system. Under the condition that the active part does not stop rotating, the driven part can be connected with or separated from the electromagnetic machine. The device is an automatically executed electrical appliance. The electromagnetic clutch can be used to control the starting, reverse, speed regulation and braking of the machine. It has the advantages of simple structure, fast action, small control energy, and convenience for remote control; although small in size, it can transmit large torque; when used for brake control, it has the advantages of rapid and stable braking, so electromagnetic clutches are widely used It is used in various processing machine tools and mechanical transmission systems.

Materials of Magnet Body

DT4 pure iron material is used in this product. There are two common specifications: one is as a deep-drawn material, which can be stamped into extremely complex shapes; the other is as an electromagnetic material, which has high inductance and low antimagnetism widely used in electronic electricians, electrical components, magnetic materials, non-crystalline products, relays, sensors, automotive brakes, spinning machines, electric meter solenoid valves and other products.
