Materials
6063 aluminum is a material made using 6063 grade alloy. 6063 is a 6-series alloy, which is an aluminum, magnesium and silicon alloy. The magnesium content is between 0.45-0.9% and the silicon content is between 0.2-0.6%. Although the alloy content is very small, it greatly changes the properties of aluminum. Silicon improves the hardness of aluminum alloy, and magnesium improves the corrosion resistance of aluminum alloy. 6063 aluminum has excellent corrosion resistance, and if it undergoes surface treatment, it can greatly play its anti-oxidation ability. It can be used in harsh outdoor environment for more than 25 years.
