Overview

The shaft parts are made of high-quality materials such as 42CrMo, 40Cr, C45, and a stable heat treatment process is used to ensure that the product has no cracks and is not easy to break. With new turning technology, the surface roughness of shaft is within 0.8, and the axial runout is within 0.02, which can reduce costs and improve efficiency while ensuring product quality.

Materials

42 CrMo

High strength, high hardenability, good toughness, low deformation during quenching, high creep strength and lasting strength at high temperature. Used in the manufacture of forgings requiring higher strength and larger quenched cross-section than 35CrMo steel.

Such as locomotive traction with large gears, supercharger transmission gears, pressure vessel gears, rear axle, extremely loaded connecting rods and spring clips, can also be used for oil deep well drilling rod joints and salvage tools below 2000m, and can be used for bending machine tooling, etc.
