Materials

This product is made of 6063 aluminum alloy. 6063 aluminum is a material made by using 6063 grade alloy. 6063 belongs to 6 series alloy, which is an aluminum, magnesium and silicon alloy. The content of magnesium is between 0.45-0.9% and the content of silicon is between 0.2-0.6%. Although the alloy content is very small, it greatly changes the properties of aluminum. Silicon improves the hardness of the aluminum alloy, and magnesium improves the corrosion resistance of the aluminum alloy.

Surface Treatment

The oxide film obtained by anodizing red products has better performance than all the oxide films obtained by chemical oxidation. This is because the water quality used in the anodizing red product electrolyte and the harmful impurities in the electrolyte must be strictly controlled. And the anodic oxidation red product process needs to use compressed air stirring, and should be equipped with refrigeration devices.
