At temperatures above 125°C, the strength of 2024 alloy is even higher than that of 7075 alloy. Hot state, annealed and newly quenched state forming properties are relatively good, heat treatment strengthening effect is significant, but the heat treatment process requires strict. Corrosion resistance is poor, but can be effectively protected by pure aluminum cladding; easy to produce cracks when welding, but the use of special technology can be welded, but also riveted.
