Materials

304 stainless steel is a common material in stainless steel, density of 7.93 g/cm³; the industry is also called 18/8 stainless steel, meaning that contains more than 18% chromium and more than 8% nickel; high temperature resistance of 800 ℃, with good processing properties, high toughness characteristics, widely used in industry and furniture decoration industry and food medical industry. However, it should be noted that food grade 304 stainless steel is more stringent compared with ordinary 304 stainless steel, its content index.

Surface Treatment

Copper plating is an important component of the protective decorative plating copper/nickel/chromium system. The flexible and low porosity copper plating plays an important role in improving the bonding and corrosion resistance between the plating layers. Copper plating is also used for localized anti-carburization, printing plate hole metallization, and as a surface layer for printing rollers. The colored copper layer after chemical treatment, coated with organic film, can also be used for decoration. Currently the most used copper plating solutions are cyanide plating solution, sulfate plating solution and pyrophosphate plating solution.
