Product Description
EYAS G1210LC Cooled LWIR Thermal Camera Module 1280x1024 10μm
Product Overview

EYAS series cooled AD modules feature pre-amplifier functionality to convert analog signals from cooled IR detectors into digital video stream output. Available in various resolution formats and wave bands, the EYAS G1210LC cooled AD module integrates a 1280×1024/10μm LWIR cooled infrared detector with an analog-to-digital circuit board.

We specialize in the design, manufacturing, sales, and marketing of thermal imaging detectors and infrared modules. Our facility spans 30,000 square meters with 20,000 square meters of clean room space, ensuring stable supply of infrared products.

Main Features
  • Analog-to-Digital Conversion, Accelerated Development - Based on 1280x1024/10μm LWIR cooled infrared detectors with integrated AD circuit for analog-to-digital conversion and compact design matching detector dimensions
  • LWIR for Anti-Interference Detection - Strong penetration through dust and sand for complex environments, unaffected by reflections from sun and sea surfaces, capable of detecting low-temperature objects
  • Excellent Performance, Easy Integration - Cameralink interface outputs 16-bit raw data with serial port control, adjustable high frame rate from 1 to 100Hz for capturing high-speed moving targets

Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is infrared thermal imaging?

Infrared thermal imaging utilizes infrared radiation and thermal energy to gather information about objects. By detecting radiation differences between objects and their background environment, as well as variations within objects themselves, infrared thermal images display radiation fluctuations that reveal scene characteristics.

2. What are the applications of infrared thermal imaging?

Temperature measurement and all-weather imaging are two fundamental functions of infrared thermal imaging technology. Products developed using these technologies are widely used in traditional fields including electric power, security & monitoring, industrial manufacturing, scientific research, and medical treatment.

3. How does infrared thermal imaging work?

In nature, all objects with temperatures above absolute zero (-273℃) radiate infrared rays. Infrared camera detectors measure the infrared radiation temperature difference between targets and their background, producing different infrared images known as thermal images.

4. What is a cryocooler used for?

Cryocoolers maintain sensors at extremely cold temperatures to enable thermal imaging during long-term missions. Many high-end applications require sensors to operate at very low temperatures for optimal image capture.

5. What are the main factors to measure the quality of a Cryocooler?

Long battery life and reliable operation are primary quality indicators for cryocoolers. Our cryocoolers feature a wide operating temperature range with excellent reliability, achieving MTTF (Mean Time to Failures) of 10,000 hours to meet 24/7 operational requirements.

6. What is MTTF?

MTTF (Mean Time to Failure) measures part reliability by indicating how long a component typically lasts before failure and replacement. This metric provides insight into the quality and value of components, with longer lifespans indicating greater value.
