RS046 Integral Rotary Stirling Cryo Cooler with Low Noise MTTF>10000hrs and Cooling Power>400mW for Infrared Detectors
RS046 is a member of the integral rotary stirling cryocooler series. It provides a miniature closed cycle cooling system to ensure a cryogenic working environment for the normal operation of cooled infrared detectors.
With compact mechanical structure, and advanced c-rings sealing, RS046 detector dewar cooler (DDC) was specially developed to fit applications where low input power, volume and weight are the most important parameters.
Due to its lightweight, miniaturization and low power consumption, this cryo cooler is easily integrated into various terminal products, which can greatly reduce costs and meet different customized customer needs.

As a world-leading manufacturer and service provider of infrared detectors, SensorMicro boasts years of profound experience in infrared thermal imaging solutions. Guided by the core philosophy of "SensorMicro, Sense More" and driven by user needs, we are dedicated to unlocking the full potential of infrared technology, delivering high-performance products and professional services to customers worldwide.
Cryocoolers are machines that keep sensors extremely cold so that thermal images can be taken on long-term missions. In many high-end applications, the sensors that capture images require extremely low temperatures.
Long battery life and reliable operation are main factors to measure the quality of a cryocooler. Our cryocooler has a wide operating temperature range and excellent reliability. Its MTTF (Mean Time to Failures) has reached 10,000 hours, which meets 24*7 boot operation requirements.
MTTF (Mean Time to Failure) measures a part's reliability. It shows you how long on average a part lasts before it breaks and you have to replace it. On a basic level, it tells you about the quality of the parts you're buying. The longer they last, the more value you're getting from them.
