Featuring a compact design, lightweight structure, and power consumption as low as 0.65W, the COIN612G2 thermal camera module utilizes enhanced image algorithms to present thermal images with superior detail and clarity.

The wafer-level-packaging process represents mature infrared detector packaging technology.
