TIMO112 infrared thermal module integrates 120x90/12μm wafer level package (WLP) infrared detector and is optimized for applications requiring minimal size, weight, power, and cost (SWaP-C). Its ultra-compact structure enables easy integration into various smart devices, thermal imagers, or mobile terminals with strict requirements on cost, size, and weight.

Compared with traditional temperature measuring tools, the TIMO112 IR sensor module offers greater sensitivity than common thermopile arrays. Utilizing wafer level packaging technology, this thermal camera module provides exceptional value for infrared imaging applications with stringent cost, size, and weight requirements.
