640×512 Resolution 12μm Pixel Size ≤25mK NETD Uncooled LWIR Thermal Camera Module for Industrial Applications
The iTL612 PLUS infrared camera core integrates the ApexCore 640×512/12μm wafer-level detector by SensorMicro. Customized according to strict infrared load requirements, it features a small size and flexible, lightweight structure that fully optimizes SWAP (Size, Weight, and Power).
This thermal module is specially designed for light-load commercial applications. In routine inspections of petrochemical pipelines, power transmission systems, and photovoltaic power generation systems, manual operations often face challenges with visual blind spots and low efficiency due to equipment being located in hard-to-reach or vast open areas. Inspection devices equipped with infrared thermal imaging detectors can quickly identify abnormal high or low temperature areas, enabling analysis of potential oil leaks in petrochemical pipelines or overheating risks in power lines and photovoltaic panels, thereby significantly improving inspection efficiency and reducing personnel risks.

Cooled infrared detectors operate in low-temperature vacuum environments with high sensitivity and can distinguish more subtle temperature differences, while uncooled infrared focal plane detectors do not require cryogenic environments and can operate at room temperature.
