   Aluminum knitted wire mesh can be create very high levels of electromagnetic shielding performance, so it is widely used in the EMI & RFI shielding applications. Aluminum knitted wire mesh is produced from monofilament or multifilament aluminum wire by special weaving machines, knitted into a seamless and continuous tubular form.

   Knitted aluminum wire mesh strips provide excellent RFI/EMI shielding and filtration solutions.    We can offer aluminum knitted wire mesh in the standard specifications, opening sizes range from 3 mm x 3 mm to 10 mm x 10 mm, while wire diameter ranges from 0.13 mm to 0.30 mm, and the manufactured width is between 100 mm and 500 mm. The standard wire materials are Grade 5056 aluminum alloy.
