Our wedge wire filter nozzles are meticulously crafted by welding profile wires (with a wedge-shaped cross-section) onto support wires using advanced welding techniques. The result is a high penetration efficiency, a simple structure, and a minimum aperture of 25μm, which can be customized to meet your specific requirements.
