2000LPH RO system + Demineralized system for wash profiles aluminitu

Recently, there was a client from Ghana who needed a 2000LPH RO system + demineralized water systemm to remove salt

He wants to buy a water treatment system to clean his profiles aluminum. The water quality TDS of cleaning profiles aluminum needs to reach 0, so we chose the RO+ multiple bed deionization system to design the solution for our client.

First of all, let's introduce the 2000LPH RO system. Our client's RO source water is tap water. (The conductivity 450, And total TDS 350), our client requested RO product water TDS<5ppm, so we designed a proposal for him according to the conventional RO water production process:

Because he has high requirements for the water used to clean the profiles aluminum, we demineralize the RO water, and use the Cation resin bed and the Anion resin bed to perform ion exchange to obtain TDS=0.

Our client also requested to add a sand filter and a carbon filter to the demineralized system, because after the profiles aluminum is washed by the demineralized water, the overflowing water will flow into the demilaralized system feed water tank again, and then pass through the sand filter and carbon filter to remove impurities and enter the demineralized system for purification again
