Haiyuan Desing concenpt:
1- Pipe line: Low pressure use UPVC pipe, High pressure use SS316L Corrosion resistance,To use less bend pipe, reducing pipe and valve.
2-To use hose which could reduce vibration and lower noise.
3-Control part: PLC and HMI Auto control. Press button start. Auto flushing when start and off. Like this way can prolong RO membrane lifetime.
4-Alarm reminder when there is any problem.
5-All the working process and alarm will be showed on the touch screen.
6-Some supplier use the stainless steel material make the machine whole frame.
Our plant use the stainless steel material SS316 material for frame.
7-Some supplier use the Italy AR brand brass high pressure pump. The brass cannot withstand for long time seawater corrosion. Maybe working for 6 months. Some part will rusting.
