MDF wardrobe coated with PVC is a economic wardrobe for middle and low incoming families as well as temporary use and apartment.
It use 13mm thickness MDF(middle density fiberboard) as the face and side board while the backboard use 4mm thickness MDF.
It can be engraved on the face, so there are many shapes can be carved as customers choose or design.
It coated with PVC that make it durable and waterproof as well as anti-scratch.
Packaging procedure:
1. After the wardrobe are produced and inspected, they are then packed in cartons. First, place the foam on the bottom of the carton and prepare for panel packaging.
2. Then, each panel in the carton is lined with EPE foam board and bubble film.
3. After completion, place foam plastic on the top of the carton to ensure that the panel is well wrapped.
4. Regarding the packaging of the countertops, we pack them into a carton covered with a wooden frame. This is particularly important to prevent the countertop from cracking during transportation.
5. Without a wooden frame, the panels in the carton will be tied up with rope on the outside.
6. Every customer who buys our wardrobe products has an order number. This contract number and product name will be marked on the outside of each carton before shipment.
7. The regular airworthiness packaging is completed.
8. Finally, the pre-packaged cartons will be unloaded to the warehouse for shipment.
