Full automatic Ocean Ball Blow Molding Machine
This machine is perfectly designed to produce ocean balls, double stations, double die heads are common combination. For 8cm ball, we could produce 8 cavities per mold to achieve the maximum production. Most China and foreign ocean ball manufacturers chose our machine as the first choice.
This seaball blow molding machine was designed for sea ball products only, which is suitable to produce LDPE material sea balls from 5cm to 10cm. Customer could either choose single die head or double die heads. Two sides working stations could be install deflashing devices to achieve automatic working process.
Customer could choose 65mm or 75mm screws, if customer needs 6 or 8 cavities per mold, then 75mm extruder is necessary, because it could make larger volume of plastic materials per hour.
The machine is automatic process, no need manpower for separate waste process.
