Concrete pump truck is a kind of machine which uses pressure to transport concrete continuously along the pipeline. It is composed of pump body and delivery pipe. According to the structure, it can be divided into piston type, extrusion type and hydraulic diaphragm type. The pump body is installed on the chassis of the car, and then equipped with a retractable or flexible distributing rod, which forms the pump truck. The concrete pump truck is transformed from the chassis of truck. It is equipped with motion and power transmission device, pumping and mixing device, distributing device and other auxiliary devices. The power of the concrete pump truck transmits the power of the engine to the hydraulic pump group or the rear axle through the power transfer box, and the hydraulic pump pushes the piston to drive the concrete pump to work. Then the concrete is transported to a certain height and distance by using the distributing rod and delivery pipe on the pump truck.
