ABOUT OUR Quality Control System for CNC Machining Processing
1st inspection:
QC inspects the first piece product made coming out from our machine.
QC will do over check according to the parameters list and critical dimensions requested by customers,to decide if it can go ahead for production.
2nd inspection:
During processing, our IPQC will check the injection molded parts every
2 hours, ensure no any rejects
3rd inspection:
FQC will check the products before sending to the warehouse
4th inspection:
OQC will check again before shipping
