Fabric creasing is the process of pressing the fabric into a series of creases, and its ironing process is very special.
In the process of creasing, temperature, humidity and pressure must be closely matched. If the fabric does not reach enough temperature and humidity required for deformation, long-term folds cannot be formed.
Generally, the fabrics suitable for pleating are mostly thermoplastic materials, such as polyester, nylon and other fabrics. The effect of other materials after pleating is not very ideal. Even if they are wrinkled, they will become wrinkle-free after wearing or washing.
