Push Back Pallet Racking System Overview
Our warehouse push back pallet racking system enables efficient storage with forklift loading from a single aisle. Available in 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 deep configurations, this system utilizes pushback carts on structural steel rails to maximize storage density while maintaining product accessibility.
System Operation & Design
Pallets are loaded onto pushback carts that move upstream on steel rails, creating space for additional merchandise. Each new pallet pushes existing pallets deeper into the system, with the final pallet resting directly on the pushback flow rails. This Last-In-First-Out (LIFO) inventory management approach ensures automatic gravity-fed retrieval when front pallets are removed.
