Designed for efficient storage and retrieval of boxed goods, our carton flow racks are ideal for heavier cartons containing beverages, canned goods, hardware, and similar products. These systems feature an impressive overall load rating of 50 pounds per square foot and can be customized to fit new installations or adapt existing carton flow systems with unique, made-to-order widths and lengths.

Our wheel track carton flow systems feature conveyor frames with integrated roller tracks that ensure items move securely and under control down a slope from the loading side to the picking side. Available in widths from 48" to 142" and depths from 42" to 192" with maximum 3000 lb load capacity.

Roller tracks are installed in galvanized steel stable profiles that resist torsion, featuring steel axles and 1-inch diameter, 1-inch broad rollers spaced 1-1/4" apart to handle box sizes as small as 4" x 4". Universal adapters allow mounting to any type of rack without requiring rack beams.
