VNA Pallet Rack System Overview
Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) pallet rack system is a high-density storage solution featuring FIFO (first in, first out) inventory management with 100% selectivity. This system is ideal for warehouses handling high mix, high volume SKUs.
As an enhanced version of conventional selective pallet racks, VNA systems are built taller to maximize vertical space utilization. Working aisles are narrowed to approximately 1.5 meters, saving up to 40% of floor space and increasing warehouse capacity without physical expansion.

Installation & Operation Requirements
Key Considerations
VNA systems require specialized trilateral turret trucks that can rotate their masts independently to access pallets without turning the vehicle body. Standard counterbalance forklifts cannot operate in these narrow aisles.
For optimal performance, VNA racks must be installed on perfectly flat concrete floors and can reach heights up to 17 meters. Steel or electromagnetic guide rails are essential for safe forklift operation in narrow aisles.
