System Operation
Loading Process
Forklift operators place pallets directly on carts. The first pallet positions on the top cart, with subsequent pallets pushing previous ones back along the inclined rails. The final pallet rests directly on the rails.
Unloading Process
Front pallets act as brakes for rear pallets. When removing the front pallet, rear carts with pallets glide forward to the pick face, creating a last-in, first-out high-density storage system.
Push-back racks can be configured as single-sided systems against walls or double-sided systems in facility centers. The system accommodates storage up to six pallets deep and works with virtually any forklift type.
