Our carton flow warehouse racking system, also known as live picking rack, features slightly inclined platforms with wheels and rollers. Cartons and containers are loaded at the back and slide forward for easy removal, operating on a first-in-first-out (FIFO) principle for optimal inventory management.

Our carton flow racking system maximizes space depth utilization through slightly inclined conveyors that allow cartons to move easily along ramps. The gravity-driven system includes motion and braking mechanisms to control stock movement speed. The system can be integrated with rack pallets or modules, allowing both pallet flow and carton flow racks within the same structural system.

Compared to static racking systems, our carton flow racks provide superior organization and easier item retrieval. Goods stored at the back automatically move forward to the pick-up station via inclined shelves with specialized roller tracks. As each carton is removed, the next one rolls forward, enabling continuous collection and storage with minimal travel and disruption.
