The pallet flow racking system features a slightly inclined track design that creates a natural downward tilt. Pallets move smoothly by gravity across full-width or double-track rollers. An integrated automatic braking system ensures controlled movement speed for operational safety.

When a pallet is loaded onto the system, it moves forward automatically. The removal of the front pallet triggers the rear pallets to advance to the next position. The system includes load indicators and end stops to maintain controlled positioning and prevent collisions.

Various roller types are available to accommodate different pallet sizes and weights, including full-width rollers, polycarbonate wheels, magnum wheel rollers, and skate wheel rollers. This gravity-based system ensures continuous, safe pallet movement without external power requirements.
