Operational Principle
The carton flow rack features roller rails installed on beams with a 3-5 degree incline. When loading, forklifts place cargo at the loading port, and items automatically slide forward using gravity, ensuring continuous product flow from entrance to pick-up end.
Installation Guidelines
Flow strips connect directly to beams and support bars with installation slopes typically between 5%-9%, depending on container size, weight, and shelf depth. For heavy loads, 3-4 flowing strips can be installed per railway.
For extended railways, partition boards separate sections, and brakes installed at pick-up ends reduce cargo impact by slowing descent.
