Description
Tundish Upper Nozzle is mainly used for the flow control and adjustment of molten steel during the casting process. It is located in the upper part of the ladle, through the nozzle downward ejection of oxidizing agent or protective gas, so that the surface of the molten steel forms a protective film, prevent the entry of oxidation and impurities. At the same time, the upper nozzle can also adjust the flow speed and direction of molten steel to ensure the uniform flow and distribution of molten steel in the process of continuous casting. The Tundish Upper Nozzle also reduces the entry of gas and prevents the formation of air bubbles in the molten steel.
