Description
Tundish nozzle zirconia is a combination of inner core and outer core. The inner core consists of stable zirconia and zirconium sand, produced by moulding machine and high temperature calcination. The shell is made of zirconium and corundum, and is formed by moulding machines and low-temperature baking.
Zirconia inserts are made of zirconia and imported baddeleyite,formed by high tension and baked in high temperature when stablized by special technology.
Using for metering nozzle, tundish upper nozzle, quick nozzle change upper nozzle and lower nozzle, and other special-shaped nozzle for steel making continuous casting.
