Uses

Calcined Petroleum Coke can be used as a substitute for electrical resistance furnaces, for smelting aluminum and for producing electrodes for steelmaking. It is also used in the manufacture of abrasives, refractory bricks, crucibles and graphite products, as well as in plastics, rubber and pesticides.
