Description
Calcined Petroleum Coke is a black or dark gray solid composed of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen. It is a carbonaceous material obtained by calcination of green petroleum coke at high temperatures.
Features
Calcined Petroleum Coke has a higher calorific value than ordinary coke, so it is often used to produce energy. It has lower sulfur content and higher fixed carbon, which is advantageous for steel alloy production. In addition, it has good electrical conductivity and strong oxidation resistance. It can be used as anode material of aluminum, aluminum alloy and aluminium-plastic composite production. It also has good thermal conduction performance, can reduce the cost of melting, and can reduce the power consumption of melting furnace.
