Description

Corrosion-resistant silica brick is an excellent material for lining ceramic kilns due to its high resistance to thermal shock and chemical attack. Silica bricks are made from high-purity silica sand and have a dense structure that provides excellent thermal insulation and resistance to abrasion.

Silica bricks are particularly suitable for use in ceramic kilns because they are resistant to the corrosive effects of high temperatures, acidic and alkaline gases, and molten materials. They can withstand temperatures of up to 1700°C and are resistant to thermal shock, which is important in the kiln environment.
