Molybdenum sheets are created in a sequence of processes that begin with pure moly powders that are pressed and then sintered under tremendous temperatures and pressures. Subsequent processing may include hot, warm or cold rolling; cross rolling; vacuum annealing; and others.
Molybdenum sheet is black brown, if alkali washing is silver gray metallic luster, can be produced according to the width and thickness provided by the user, the surface is smooth, smooth, no heavy skin, layering, cracks, cracks, impurities clamping and other defects.
Molybdenum plates are formed by rolling the pressed and sintered molybdenum plates. Usually, 2-30mm-thick molybdenum is called molybdenum plate; 0.2-2mm-thick molybdenum is called molybdenum sheet; 0.2mm-thick molybdenum is called molybdenum foil.
