We produce ferrotitanium on a production line with an annual capacity of 10,000 tons.
Ferrotitanium is an alloy additive composed of iron and titanium, with a minimum titanium content of 20% and a maximum content of 75%, produced through reduction or fusion.
Ferrotitanium is used in steel production as a deoxidizing and degassing component.

Applications
1. Used in steelmaking as a cleansing agent for iron and steel. The titanium is highly reactive with sulfur, carbon, oxygen, and nitrogen, forming insoluble compounds and sequestering them in slag, and is therefore used for deoxidizing, and sometimes for desulfurization and denitrogenation.
2. In steelmaking, the addition of titanium yields metal with finer grain structure.
3. Ferro Titanium powder can be used as a fuel in some pyrotechnic compositions.
