Manganese electrolysis is a hydrometallurgical product of manganese, which mainly adopts the reaction between manganese carbonate powder and inorganic acid to make manganese salt solution, add ammonium salt as buffer, add oxidizing agent for oxidizing and neutralizing method to remove iron, add sulfurizing agent to remove heavy metal, after "sedimentation, filtration, deep purification and filtration" to get pure manganese sulphate solution, and then add additive to produce manganese metal products as electrolyte into the electrolytic cell. After adding additives, it is used as electrolyte to electrolyze in the electrolyzer to produce manganese metal products.
