Spheroidizer is ferrosilicon rare earth magnesium alloy , which plays an important role in nodular cast iron.
An additive that crystallizes the graphite in cast iron into a ball.If the spheroidal graphite in nodular cast iron is cast iron fluid after spheroidization treatment, its strength is greatly higher than gray cast iron, toughness is better than malleable cast iron.On the other hand, spheroidizer can also increase the tendency of "white mouth" and quench the tissue.
